Congaratulations to Adrian Fawcett for winning the QLD State Championships 2023 in a close fought series.
The westerly really kicked in hard for the morning race gusting to 30 knots. Back to the beach for a lunch break and wait for it to back off. We were tricked and it remained sporty for another 3 hard fought races. 7 races 5 different winners.
6 races winners over 9 races. 1st Aido 2nd Andy 3rd Darryl. Such tight close racing.
